Cancellations made at least 15 days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will only receive a 50% refund

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable.

In case the guest does not arrive on the check-in date (No Show), the booking amount will be non-refundable.
